Gallery of the Ages · ABN 53 565 881 545 · 3 Lurnea Avenue, Bawley Point NSW 2539, Australia. Our print partner in the United States prints and ships every order. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Gallery Of The Ages, and “you” means the person placing the order.

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the prints in your cart at the prices shown. We accept your order when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error, we suspect fraud, or we can’t deliver to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.

We deliver free to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC), including PO boxes. We’re not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, the US territories, or to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.

Every print is made for you in the size and finish you choose. You can change or cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before printing starts: email us with your order number. After that your print is in production, and our happiness guarantee still covers you.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping to addresses in the contiguous United States is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable and shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

We print your order within 3 business days, and delivery takes up to 5 more, so orders arrive within 8 business days. If we can’t ship within the time we promised, we’ll tell you before that date, give you a new date and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund. If you’re not happy with your print for any reason, tell us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. Damaged, faulty or lost prints are always replaced free. Replacements are sent straight away, and we process refunds within 48 hours. See Returns for how to ask. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies, and nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t be excluded.

We show each print as accurately as we can, but screens and paper show colour differently, so small differences in colour and tone are normal. Most paintings are cropped slightly to fit a standard print size, and each artwork page shows how. If the result isn’t what you hoped for, our guarantee covers you.

The paintings we print are old enough that they’re free to reproduce. The text, design, logo, photographs and mockups on this site belong to Gallery Of The Ages. You’re welcome to share links and to hang and enjoy the prints you buy, but please don’t copy our site content or sell our files or prints as your own.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This doesn’t affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live, including in the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
